30-Day Return Window — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened item for a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened nutrients, fertilizers, or growing media (for safety and contamination reasons)
- Used grow equipment or items showing signs of use
- Special order items
- Gift cards

In-Store Returns (Free)
Bring your item and receipt to our Toledo location for an immediate refund:

Mail Returns
Contact us to initiate a mail return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Contact us at 419-725-2450 or email to get a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to our Toledo address with tracking
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- In-store returns are processed immediately
- Mail returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Please take photos of the damage before discarding any packaging.
