Cabbage, Chinese Pak Choi 1/2oz

Also known as Bok Choi, this delicious and easy to grow non-heading Chinese cabbage is very popular. Bok Choi is tender and crisp, excellent in stir fries and very mild flavored. The leaves and can be eaten raw in salads when harvested young or they can be briefly steamed and served as a side dish. Chopped, Bok Choi is wonderful in soups, stews and stir fries.
