Cowpeas, California Blackeye 1/2lb

A vigorous growing tender annual that produces high-yields. The seed pod is typically 3-6in long and has 6 to 13 seeds per pod. The seeds are white with a black eye round the hilum and have a creamy-texture with a distinct, delicious flavor. When picked young they can be used as a snap pea, or left to dry and harvested later.
