Also known as yellow wax pepper, this medium sized chili pepper has a mild, tangy taste. Although typically bright yellow, they do change to green, red or orange once they are ripe. Ideal on sandwiches for a little kick, but also great cooked in stews or casseroles. Can also be stuffed or baked.
