Pumpkin, Green Striped Cushaw 1/2lb

Also known as a winter squash, the green striped cushaw has a bulbous bottom with curved-neck. It averages 2-4 fruits per vine. The flesh is light yellow, meaty in texture and fibrous with a mild and slightly sweet in flavor. Excellent for pumpkin pies and canning.
